ICO (Windows Icon)
An ICO file is an image representing the icon (icon, icon) of a program, file or folder in Microsoft Windows. Icons are used everywhere not only in operating systems, but also on the Internet. The logos of sites displayed on tabs, in the address bar or in the list of bookmarks of a web browser are also ICO images. The file with the logo icon of almost any site has the standard name favicon.ico. ICO files typically store square images ranging in size from 16 by 16 to 256 by 256 pixels.
