By using Photogramio (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Photogramio is a free, browser-based photo editing suite. All processing happens locally on your device; the Service does not receive or store your images. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos, videos and projects you create or edit. Because your content never reaches our servers, we claim no license over it whatsoever.
- You are responsible for the content you edit — make sure you have the right to use the images you work with.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to create or edit unlawful content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation of the Service;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Service itself as your own product.
4. Local data
Projects and settings are stored only in your own browser. We cannot recover them for you — clearing your browser data, using a different device or browser, or a browser malfunction may result in the loss of locally saved work. Please export anything you want to keep.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photogramio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — its code, design, name and logo — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components included in the Service remain under their respective licenses.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last revision shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
